Janet Lapp is a 3,500 hr. CFI teaching exclusively in Bonanza aircraft. She is an Aviation Safety Counselor, member of the FAASTeam, and an active contributor to NAFI Mentor, AOPA Instructor Report, Aviation Safety Magazine and the American Bonanza Society magazine. She has developed and presented several new Wings accredited FAA Safety seminars, and has recently developed tests for pilots, flight instructors and AMEs to assess cognitive skills and fitness for flight.

 A Bonanza owner (A36, B36TC and V35B) since 1991, her personal flying experiences have been throughout the US and Canada, Mexico, Central America, Columbia, Ecuador and Africa. She is an active Board member, pilot and Clinic Coordinator for the Flying Doctors of Mercy (Liga International) in Sinaloa, Mexico and 30-year American Bonanza Society Member and former Board member with the Bonanza Pilot Proficiency Program (BPPP).

Janet is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY7496) with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from McGill University Montreal, and has been Board certified in Psychology and Neuropsychology since 1982. She is a former faculty member at Concordia University and California State University.
